Kate is classically trained and is as passionate about uncovering and researching new bold flavours, from around the world, as executing the perfection of time honoured traditional fare. Kate will lead you on a culinary adventure no matter what your palate prefers;- be it Canapes, Grazing or Fine Dining.
Kate is the first female Le Cordon Bleu chef trained in Australia, in business for 12 years and a chef for over 20 years. This teamed with Kate’s Fine Arts Degree from UNSW, in Sculpture, ensures the food stands out from the crowd.
